Does anybody have an example of a working string for this HDMI CAT5 Matrix. The manual says that "A2" in ASCII should switch Output 1 to Input 2 which it doesn't. I don't even get the "error" response they mention. None of the other commands work as listed either.
If I connect the unit to my PC and open a terminal program, I can press buttons on the front display of the unit and get proper responses in the terminal.
Any ideas?

Nevermind. After a firmware update, everything is working as documented.
