I just saw this scene lighting starter kit at homeautomation.net.
PCS 600 Watt Dimming Smartswitch IR543 IR to X10 Transceiver PHC02 Controller (used to program PCS)
At first I didn't think that the PHCO2 was a necessity because I'm really only looking to control a few overhead lights via my MX-500. However, after reading a few posts, it sounds like the purpose of the PHCO2 is not only to have the ability to manually access lighting from this unit (which I don't necessarily need) but also to program PCS switches.
Is this correct and does it actually make programming of the PCS switches easier (I thought I read that they needed to be manually programed the first time anyway)?
