Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get some straight forward help on getting my "simple" start-up kit going? Is their a web sight with some good call-in help lines? I have two lamp modules, one dimmer switch, an IR command center and the maxi center. I have a MX-500 remote with which I want to control it all. Problem is...I don't know what the heck I'm doing! :-) None of these things came with any instructions worth a darn and the website I bought the kit from replies to my emails with 1-2 sentence answers which are useless to me. HELP!! I'd love to use the $250 bucks worth of stuff I've got here but I'm floundering. Thanks

All your 'stuff must have the same HOUSECODE to use the MX-500.
Different UNITCODES allow you to control 16 items per HOUSECODE.
You must send a HOUSECODE,UNITCODE and a COMMAND to turn on or off, or in the case of a lamp module, to dim.

Try searching this forum.
Search for these topics:
HOUSECODE
UNITCODE

HINT: You'll need an IR543 to allow your MX-500 to 'talk' to your X10 stuff.
