I have a number of X10 units operating lighting and electrical equipment within my home and have been delighted with the results. The only problem that I have found is the 13Amp adaptor is particularly noisy when switching.

I have recently come across an RF Adaptor by TimeGuard (purchased from Robert Dyas for only £14.99). This item is excellent, it is quiet, cheap and comes with a remote control. However, I want to operate this item using my Marantz remote control (rather than the TimeGuard provide control unit). Has anyone come across these TimeGuard Limited RF adaptors (13 AMP Model RA010), if so:

1) What are your opinions of the items
2) Have you managed to operate this item using a Philips / Marantz remote (I have the Marantz rc5200)
3) Do you know where I can get RF codes for this item

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
