I have four plugin lamp modules and a cheapo plug in wall controller. First question, what do I have to get in order to program and run scenes? Second, how can I program/learn the rf signals to run the scenes and/or on/off and dimming from my pronto ng 3000? Thanks!

Are they scene compatible lamp modules? If not you will have to program the pronto to turn each one on and then dim to whatever level you want.
