Perhaps you can help. I am using an IR543 controller to operate my room lighting, which is controlled by WS467 wall switch modules. When I dim the lights at the IR543 controller unit, the dim speed is quick. When I use the Sony remote however, it takes quite some time to get down to a dim level. If I continually hit the dim button on the remote, it takes about 60-70 hits to eventually get to a dim level.
Any Ideas are appreciated.

i had the same problem. turns out it was my ir543! it worked fine from the unit but IR was slow. try another ir543 if you can. or, try a cheap universal remote to eliminate your remote from the picture. if you just got the ir543, try to get a replacement from the vendor. good luck.

Thanks for the info. I was able to get another remote that worked, and I trained my Sony remote from that. Works good now.
