I just bought a pronto remote and I have some x-10 lighting in my house. Is the IR-543 all i need to interface the remote with the lights. If so will it send a signal to all switches thru out the house or is it confined to one room??>

The IR543 is a power line carrier product and works throughout the house, assuming you have properly coupled power line phases. Bill www.homeautomationnet.com
