I bought one of the wall switches but it wont light a kitchen florecent light. It says for incandescent only so maybe thats why. The light "tries" to come on buit wont. Do they sell a wall switch for florescent lights??

Yes, you need a switch that is designed for non-incandescent loads. Remove the dimming switch from the flourescent light right away.
