A lamp module that has always worked from any of the base controls, has suddenly picked up an oddity. It will turn on from any of the base stations, but will no longer shut off from one of the base positions. I tried swapping out the lamp module, with no change. The unit that isn't shutting the light off anymore is the "timer" controller.

Most likely a new noise problem. Search for a source of noise you may have added since the problem came up. The ability to work from some controllers and not others is most likely caused by variations in command signal strength.
