Is there a way to shoot out IR and RF codes at the same time, IR from the remote and RF from the RP6?

Create the part of the macro you would like to run on the RP6, as a macro on the RP6. Then set the button to standalone create the macro on the button and link to the maro on the RP6.
If you have access to the dealer part of the RTI website, there's a video there that walks you through the process.
