does any body have or know of a program that will take a pronto ccf remote file and convert it into the hex codes.

Pronto Edit will do it, when you are looking at the IR code, double click the Learned or named ir code and it will open a window then click on view IR, should show you the hex code
Play with it a bit you should find it.
