I have not been able to figure out how to open the back of my new T2+.
I do see any instructions in the manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look closely at the back of the T2+: you will see a line about 1/3 down from the top
press lightly just below this line at the center of the remote as you slide the back panel down
this exposes the battery and download port
