I have stopped using the MX-800 when RF is needed due reliability issues. I have programmed countless Prontos and MX-800s but am new to the RTI T2+. This remote seems flawless at least as far as RF is concerned. Although, I cannot figure out why the my cursor controls for my HR10-250 will not repeat. For instance on the Pronto or MX-800, I was able to hold the button down to scroll. With the RTI, I have to press one at a time. I have looked at the code and minimum repeats are 1 and sustain is checked. This matches the settings for my Lexicon volume controls which ramp up and down just fine. Other than this, I have no complaints about the remote. It seems to be a much better product than the MX-800 and Pronto.

you can set up a macro to repeat commands:
right click on the button and go into "create macro" and then select "repeat steps" under command type:
it gives you an option to repeat the commands from 1 to 60 times as long as the button is held down

Thanks for the quick reply. I have the same problem with a MusicCAST FF and Rew controls. I am assuming that this will also take care of that problem. Thanks again.
