I am trying to interface the RTI T2+ to the HomeTouch RS232 Interface. Have you guys had any luck. I called Pete Baker and he said his guy that is best on RS232 is at a show in Florida. How is it that every fricken tech support guy is always at a show. This RS232 part of RTI is not very good. All else is fantastic. I wish RTI would publish all known facts about intregrating RS232 with other products on their website. This would eliminate having to call every time and go thru the same run around. Any help out there? Thanks, Radiorhea

I was having trouble communicating with RS232 on a RCS thermostat. I then added the RTI Carriage Return /r to the end of the command line and then it started working. Perhaps this would help or try the other commands like line feed /n, etc. There is a box to the right of the RS-232 String that has the > symbol on it. I just started trying the possible choices until it started working.

Good luck.
