Sorry to keep posting... I'm going to try one lst time because I'm so frustrated.

Philips DVDR75
Sylvania DVD/VCR combo (don't really care about this one)

I need the codes for these for the T2+. I have them both on my pronto but I cannot copy and paste the HEX codes because they are not like other hex codes.

EG : 6000 0071 0000 0001 0030 0054

other hex codes are 6 or 7 times as long.

What do I do ????

There is an option in the ProntoEdit software to select "Advanced" when you see the code and select "RC6 mode 6A", which gives you the right length hex code but it doesn't work. There are fields for customer Code,System, Command and Data... maybe I need to enter something in those fields ?

PLEASE can someone help with this, or this T2+ is going on ebay and I have to go back to the bulky pronto. Thanks

RTI- Makes a IR capture kit. Sounds to me like that is what you need.

If you post in the Pronto group I'm sure someone will be able to convert the RC6 pronto short-code above into a 0000-style learned code for you.

Keep in mind that RC6 uses a toggle bit and there are actually two codes that alternate each time you press the button.

John Fine has created a prrogram to convert RTI's CML into Pronto, so perhaps he knows how to get an RC6 code into CML format so that the toggling bit is preserved.
