How do I convert the codes from a ProntoNeo file (.ncf) to something the RCI T2+ can use. In my last request someone mentioned importing them in HEX format ? how do I do this ?

I also have files on the ProntoPro I need to import.
Ideally if someone know where I can get T2 codes for

Yamaha Rx-V430 Receiver
Sylvania DVD/VCR combo
Phillips DVD-R

that will solve my problems.

They are not in the Mega List.

Is there a way I can use my ProntoPro to learn the code then import that into the T2 ?

The T2+ does not have the code learning capabilities of the T2. RTI sells a seperate product to do all the code learning.

You don’t need to learn the codes if they are in the pronto file section of the web site, you can simply paste the pronto hex codes into the hex section of the RTI Library manager that comes with the programming software. If you learn the codes with a pronto you can then import the hex into the RTI library manager. Do a search in this forum you should find instruction on how to do all of this.

I found the hex codes in the prontoedit software but not in the ProntoNeo software ? Do you know if you can import .ncf files or find a hex code in the .ncf file.

thanks for all the help...
