Hi All,
First let me say that I have found this forum very useful in programing my T2.
This morning I was attempting to upload a couple of new macros onto the remote, when it froze during communication, and from the PC side it could no longer communicate over the COM port to the remote. After waiting, I unplugged the remote and removed the battery replacing it with a new one...
nothing...
the remote will no longer power up. Is there a way to get the remote back up? (maybe flash the memory?) any ideas would be much appreciated!
Thanks! -Ray

Sorry you hit a problem Ray, but if the remote doesn't reset itself when you remove the battery, you're probably stuck with sending it to RTI for repair.
I would try leaving the battery out for an extended period of time (30 mins or so) first just to be sure. Probably won't make any difference but won't hurt to try.
