Is there anyway possible to share RF commands as well as IR commands on a T2+ while sending a macro?

yes you can do that:
-set up a macro for your RF commands
-on the same button, add an IR command: be sure to set it's properties

It was not clear from your post if the IR command was to be sent through the RF module or direct from the T2+: if direct, set the properties of the IR command to "stand alone IR" by right clicking on the command to bring up the properties menu
also, you can set the macro to be executed only in the RF module: this may be work better (I have not tried this yet)
