I have a customer that has a T2 and needs some modificdations. His original programmer is MIA. I tried to receive the file and the software tells me to put the remote in "computer link mode" then get the file. How do I get into this mode? The LCD screens are all custom. Is there a button sequence to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hold down the button at the bottom of the T2 (below the number pad) until the display shows the control panel screen
Now toggle the LCD display by touching the right arrow key to get to page 3: on top you will see computer link: touch this button and the T2 is ready to accept an upload or download: touch OK when you are done
