For some reason, my Command Library Tool has quit opening the command Library dialogue box although the button depresses and "greys" the tool Palette bar. Deleting all the files and reloading the software does not help :-( (OS is XP Professsional) However the IR library manager will open the command libraries but with no way to get these commands to a Remote file unless I use all macros... the macro tool is able to access the command library and is working normally. Has anyone seen this problem or have any thoughts?
this is fun

Robert,

Just a thought since no one has come up with an answer.

Sometimes programs do not completely uninstall themselves. They can leave traces of their files behind. There could be a slight chance a file left in there is not being updated when you reinstall. If I was having your problem, I would go looking for the RTI folder AFTER running the uninstaller and delete it if there is still one there.

It should be in Program Files / TheaterTouch Designer.

Worth a try if nothing else has helped.
