I've been looking for discrete on/off for a Parasound AVC 2500 Receiver. I have a Home Theater Master MX700 remote which will except cff,and mxd files but not cml. (I think there is a way I can even work with HEX code.) I noticed a file in your files section for a AVC 2500......not really sure what's in it or if there is anyway I can use it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John

Download the Sonance K2 SOftware from SOnance.com. It has direct Hex Input and uses the same CML database the T2 uese. SIgnificantly better IR Library manager..

You can also enter Hex into the T2 Library manager. Hit F12 on the Learn screen.

Wow. I downloaded the software and imported the cml file. Tons of stuff. Unfortunately the Parasound only had an ON/OFF code and not a separate code for each.

I'll keep looking. Thanks.

Thanks for trying. Unfortuantely they did not work. I read a msg in one of Remote Central's forums that said they thought these codes were available and he had seen them. The msg was over two years old. I've seen this receiver controled by an Intellicontrol system that was able to correctly turn it on or off as neccessary, but I guess that could be due to features that the Intellicontrol has and not due to descrete codes.

Thanks again.
John
