Got some new discrete codes in this weekend for my projector.
Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.
Been so long, but I seem to recall different workarounds to stuff like this from a few years ago here when I got the remote.
Any ideas?

Your system is IR only correct?
Are you bouncing the signal off of your screen, or do you have an emitter running up to the projector?
Have you tried adjusting the number of repeats for each code?
Or better yet, you don’t live that far away, give me a call and I will come fix it for you!

this happened to me recently and I thought it was a defective T2:
it turned out one of the number keys had IR repeat set for 10 repeats: so following commands appeared to not work
go in to IR properties and check this
