My old computer bit the dust.
Trying to receive file from the remote - seems to be communicating as I get a bank 1 100% and bank 2 100%, but nothing comes up.
The software version is 1.12, but the remote is 1.21 for firmware version.
Any ideas!!!

1.12 is the latest version of the software as far as I know

The response from RTI was that a have a corrupt file in my remote. I guess if my remote ever clears I will need to start over.
