Just purchased the ht-250 sim2. Can't get the projector to work with RF - (it does work with IR). Does anybody have any solutions. I had to learn the codes - could not find any dowload codes.

How are you extending the IR Emmitter fromt he IRF-6 to the Projector? My guess wold be a signal strength issue...... is should be 18/2 or soubled up Cat 5 for a 50 foot ish run.

My run is less than 25 feet and faces the projector
about 10 feet away. I have used the RTI with infared from the exact location of the emitter and it excepts all commands.

RTI mentioned trying putting the rubber washer on the miniplug, I tried but it did not work.

Any other thoughts!
Thanks

Put the emitter right on the projector !! It does not have the power to transmit that far, especially through a 1000 ANSI beam.

Emiiters are designed to work within inches of the Remote receive... Not 10 feet.... if you cant get the wire to the projector, you need to install a Blaster that is capable os shooting 10 feet. That means a Speakercraft Amplified connecting block and a IRE5.0 Blaster Emmiter. The IRF-6 doesnt have enough output to drive a blaster.
