I have an interesting problem. RF reception is great until I turn on my Key Digital LEEZA (video scaler/processor). Once that powers up, RF is very spotty. Any suggestions? I tried moving the antenna 15 feet from the LEEZA, no luck.

Some people have suggested this might be a problem with the shorter antenna. There is a newer, longer, high gain antenna that might help this problem.

I do not have the longer antenna, and do not yet have the spotty RF problems, but if I do, I plan on buying the longer antenna.

Good luck.

interesting:

I had the same Leeza mounted next to the IRF-6 and never had a problem with RF reception

could you check that all the covers are properly secured on Leeza and check for any bad cables? inside the Leeza is a video board, a standard power supply, a processor board and an input switching board: nothing that should cause RF interference if working properly and all covers are properly installed
