Client had his guy bail, so I am finishing up.
14 zones of Sonos all function with the app.
Family room Denon is controlled by URC just fine with a new MX-900. (Why not a little color, dude?) Sonos connect means he controls volume with the remote and picks songs on the app.
Right next to it the bar, which has a 4 TV video wall controlled with ProControl and properly selects whichever of 4 cable boxes you wish. Sound is 2 channel from another Denon through a 4 speaker + sub in-ceiling Sonance setup.
Issue is the ProControl remote properly changes to Sonos sound, but his Sonos favorites don’t respond. The Connect for the bar apparently is not being seen by the XP-3 processor? There is also a PCM-4.
Bar Sonos has been power cycled.
Is there a quick fix? Can this config be extracted and modified if necessary? I have just left him with controlling the volume with the ProControl remote and picking music on the app.
I’ve done plenty of ID projects but zero ProControl.

ProControl has no ability to extract any programming. It’s a get current code or start over. Kinda stinks but that’s how it is.

It’s pretty easy to program, can usually do a 1 room system in under an hour.
That’s adding a few custom pages such as a welcome page and adding a few favorite channels
If it’s a xp-3 proccesor and a ProControl z remote it was done in rti apex, again still not recoverable.
