Who set this up for you? You can purchase a "network cable" just about anywhere. Connect this cable between your router and the XP-3. I would expect that your installer has already done this for you. In most cases this is all that you will need. Your iPad must sign on to that same router's WiFi and cannot be a "guest".

Why have you started another post asking the same question? Why is there another person asking a similar question about what is the best network.
Now there might be some form of language barrier here, there might be some lack of knowledge as well.
You first asked about connecting an xp3 directly to an iPad. You need a router. It routes traffic between devices.
You need to either explain yourself with more detail, or hire someone who can help you.
