I need to program a restart function for a Sony TV. On the manufacturer's remote, this requires holding the Power button for five seconds. How do I do this with RTI - is there a conversion from "minimum repeats" to seconds? Thanks!

You should be able to add the code to a macro multiple times. Just keep putting the same command in, one after another, and make sure to uncheck the box for adding the default .3 second delay.

This worked for me one time when I needed a very long press to operate an art screen. For whatever reason, changing the repeats to a crazy big number didn’t seem to work.

You can try that method in the IR library manager. Just duplicate the code, rename it and mess with the repeats.
