Hello
I am trying to control a 6x6 HDMI matrix switch via a ESC-2 and XP6
when i send the command to switch output 1 to input 1 it works once and then wont work again.
i press the button to send the command several times and sometimes it switches.
i have powered it off and on between each use with no change in result
i have changed the timing between transmission of characters without any change.
the command is 01 81 81 81 does any one have any ideas.
I have also tried IR commands, when i use the kramer IR remote it switches as it should but i cant get the XP6 to act on the ir commands being sent unless it use the standalone mode.

got the rs232 working via virtual panel.
just need to get it working on the Tx4 remote now

those serial codes are tricky :)
