I have a T2+ I have been tasked with to 'unfreeze.' It is stuck on the Home Page and does not register any button presses. It charges properly and the battery seems to be functional. My computer does not recognize the T2+ and gives the message "A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

First, I tried to cycle power several times by unplugging the battery. However, it did not work.

Next, I thought reprogramming may be the solution. After going through the process of securing a dealer account, I downloaded TheaterTouch Designer only to find out I must manually put the T2+ into "Computer Link" mode (which is not possible at this moment). I assume my computer cannot recognize the T2+ for this reason.

Are there any other possible solutions to this problem? Any thoughts are appreciated!
