1. RTI License is the same license in iphone and galaxy?

2. I can save in XP3 More Than 1 apps projects?
I Mean, if i can send to XP3 project of 3 phones and another Project of one phone and all these projects will be In The XP3?

I Have 4 licenses

1. No: IOS license is different than Android license
2. Yes you can have more than one program: so you can have 3 phones run a program and one phone run another program from XP3

Mark is correct, though the XP-3 isn't really meant for even medium size projects, you may find that it ends up being overloaded.
Would probably be worth looking at an XP-6.

Why not get a third party piece (driver is available for Doorbird). The driver has the capability to open the door for you.

RTI shows you how to utilize the contact closures in the software. As a custom integrator is general knowledge on how to open and close a door - that is more on the installation side. Completely depends on the application.

Other products (like Vera) allow you to use Z-wave products to open and close doors.
