T3V+ charging problems

Has anyone experienced any issues with T3V+ charging? I have one that doesn't want to hold a charge for more than a few hours (regardless of the amount of use). Sometimes it's showing a yellow battery status as soon as I take it out of the cradle.

I noticed that when I put it in the cradle the LED starts off red but a few minutes later it changes to a dim purple (not red and not blue). Not sure what that indicates.

I've already swapped the battery out. I guess I could try another new battery, but what are the chances of two bad batteries?

Any other thoughts?

We've had some charger power supplies go bad lately.

Had a T2x get wonky in the field, had to fiddle with the micro usb to charge. Gave the client my personal and sent theirs in to service. Got a NTF and contested, they tested two more times and resulted in 3 NTFs. Was told 'it is almost 2 years old...' As in 'what do you expect'. So now I fiddle with the usb to get my T2x to charge. Replacement is about $110 for dock and ps, but it's the principal of the little things with these guys that just burns like nothing else. Oh, almost forgot I had to pay $15 for their troubles (I mean shipping).

Who on here said, 'I support a product that supports me'? That resonates.

RTI goes through cycles of bad product and does not step up to the plate until they are forced to step up. I have not even opened up ID in months and I was an avid fan at one time.
