Unit on left looks brighter, perhaps ambient light sensor is causing the issue?

No both are set to the same level, however, the screens are actually different. The one on the left is brighter (older screen) and does not have the motion blur. The one on the right is brand new and has the motion blur.

To me it looks like RTI changed the screens they are using at some point and this is the issue. Will know for sure when I get a replacement T2X in the next couple of days. If it has the same issue then it's an RTI T2X problem.

Got a new replacement remote and same problem. Looks like RTI is shipping new T2X's with defective screens.

My dealer is working with RTI on this now. I haven't heard anything back other than they want to see the program files. The problem is a lot less noticeable when using their stock graphics setup for the T2X and a "newer" T2X screen.

However as you can see in the video the older screen does not have the issue at all and it is setup exactly the same as the brand new T2X.

I remember when my T2C screens had a bunch of problems and I had to have several of those replaced. Wonder if they are using a new vendor or a new supplier for the screens because the old screen and new screen are not even close to the same.

RTI has recreated the screen issue and is looking into the problem.

Got an XP-6 that was a blatant repack, had a label of 192.168.20.10 on it- thought 'huh, that's weird'. Then I noticed the MAC address was different than the one on the box (the one I got my JAP driver key for). Went into panic mode but JAP got my new key to me instantly. BUT, the XP wouldn't lock in the ZM-24. Heading back today with my personal XP/ZM combo and hoping JAP is as quick to provide yet a 3rd key. Had to be honest with the client who was standing there waiting for the turn up that I got boned and in turn he did too. I'm not sure if my distributor, or the manufacturer put this POS back in rotation, but I am pretty sure this is the last time I'm taking one in the crotch from them. BTW, I have zero multi page activities on this T2X because I just don't even want to know if it has a blur issue... Maybe I should mention the rude receptionist and the tech that hung up on me too, and I was being very nice throughout the ordeal- nail in the coffin.

Could this be a refresh rate on the new screen?
Maybe they lowered it to save battery power?
I may be schizophrenic, but at least I have each other.

Not sure as it is hard to get any response from RTI. It was like pulling teeth just to get them to recreate the problem and 10 days later still waiting for an update.

Does anyone know if the T3X has this same motion blur problem?

I guess RTI is unable to fix the Motion Blur problem with the newer T2X Screens so they are replacing my T2X with a T2X with the older screen.

They did say that the T3X screen does not have this issue.
