I'm looking for a way to get the output of an XP8S on a whole house system to talk wirelessly to a local system, say in a den or bedroom. It could be IR (or any other output on the XP8S) to a box that would send it over wireless (RF or LAN) to another box that would output IR to a TV and other devices in a local system with no connectivity available. There are currently Pronto remotes (which my client hates) in each location that needs the bridge, which we'll replace with a dedicated T3X, but they would also like to incorporate these local system with everything else on an iPod/iPad interface at which point we lose the local IR. I'd also just like to have the reliability of just RF and IP without relying a IR signal off of anything hand held. Looking for product suggestions for the send receive set or anything that the XP8S can talk to directly and has a driver available for it. Thanks!

Thanks. I was looking at those before I posted this thread and the Wi-Fi to IR is what I'm looking for. Or at least half of it from what I understood. I haven't read through the documentation, but what's the short version on how I get the XP8S to talk to each of the WF2IR devices in my system? Is there a driver for the RTI that I would need?
