hello all... i'm at a loss here....

system had an RP6 and T2C remotes connecting via 433Mhz. first step was swapping out the RP6 for the XP6, connected up the 433 antenna, converted the system to XP6 in Integration Designer, can now do updates via the network, all was well.

Then got the ZM24 in.

Went back and updated all the firmware in both remotes and the XP6, plugged the ZM24 in to a power supply and held down the reset switch for 10 sec to get it into whatever the mode is to setup a new Zigbee network, unplugged the XP6, connected the ZM24, powered the XP6 back up, ZM24 shows both lights, the green light periodically blinks twice...

Went back into ID and told the T2C's that they were now Two-Way and Zigbee, and updated them.

now, nothing.

I can get them to work if I roll them back to 433Mhz, but the ZM24 shows no activity from either remote, and the remotes are getting no updates from the weather info from the processor.

Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated on how to chase this problem down, thanks.

The T2C remote you have, if it worked with 433Mhz, isn't a Zigbee remote, so your wasting your time.

You need a T2C 2.4GHz or a T2C+

Are you an end user? if you are, the best advice is.........

You need a remote with an x or an i on the end to use with the ZM24.
When good enough is not good enough.
