Has anyone been able to setup local connection via Wi-FiŽ. ProLink.z also supports off-site access via Wi-FiŽ or 3G/4G, with automatic switching on the Pro Control Setup?

No. If it's like Rti you would simply port forward port 4110 and then put you wan adress or DNS address into the project file. In ID it's found under file->system properties.
