Hi Guys

Anyone got MCE working with EventGhost and RTI.

I have the two way strings plugin installed on my XP and the Simpel TCP Server EG plug-in installed. Both are set to use same port. In EG log, i see a message saying the server has connected to the EG (but on a completely different port). I'm just sending "Hello World" to test, but I don't see any message in the EG log.

Anyone figured this out. I'd prefer EG over MCE controller so I can do stuff if MCE is closed and other stuff on PC

Regards

Mark

You don't have to use the driver. It doesn't do much other then make it more convenient in ID.

Basic version of driver with a sample eventghost profile

For 2-way feedback I use the web socket plugin for eventghost. I also have a more advanced version of a eventghost driver that will work with this plugin.

For MCE control, a combination between VMC controller and EventGhost is hard to beat.

thanks jbworks!

I was looking at MCE Control, but would prefer control over PC if MCE happens to be shutdown. Will review VMC Control and your offerings

FYI, you drivers page doesn't display well in chrome: right hand column is cut off

Hi JBWorks

So I downloaded EventGhost and Your plug-in. Went to EventGhost, selected Open and selected your XML. It comes in WMP not MCE. I tried to execute some of the commands in EventGhost itself and nothing worked. Am I missing soemthing?
