Is there a firmware greater than 2.4 for the RTI T4 Remote?

If so, i am in dire need of the firmware. Please message me so we can make the transfer.

Thanks greatly.

2.4 is the current version

Glackowitz,

I haven't used the T4 in a long time and now the screen is not responding to touch. Do you know how to fix it? I mean i kept the base plugged in, but the T4 off so the battery is charged. I just unplugged the battery and will wait an hour or so and hit the on/off switch a few times. Hopefully, it will be back to normal. Do you know anything else i can do?

Thanks.

Haven't had my cup today. Sorry for the confusion:

I put the T4 on its base. The T4 was turned off but the base was plugged in and the green light was showing. Now after a few months of no use the T4 touch screen isn't responding.

I know the screen isn't messed up for one reason that when the screen saver kicks in i can touch any part of the screen and it wakes up. This problem is confounding.

Have you tried to reprogram?

Dave,

Hello. Do you have a step by step guide or suggestions to fix this problem? Could my firmware not be right even though it installs?

Thanks for any help.

Have you tried to reload the program? The program may have corrupted while sitting for such a long time unused.

Try to reboot remote, reload program, and since you haven't used tempt I. Some time I wouldn't be surprised at all if the issue is the battery not holding charge properly

ralliart329,

Thanks for the battery tip! I didn't know what to do so i finally ordered a battery on ebay. Got the battery today, charged it, then reinstalled firmware and it worked perfectly the first time. That was a frustrating problem. Anyway, thanks again.
