Tried all of the In Focus projectors but nothing seems to work with the IN5145, I found a code sheet however I'm not really sure how to get these converted over to HEX. I tried the Yamaha NEC command converter but didnt seem to work. [Link: infocus.com]anyone have any idea here?

Sure. Many InFocus projectors use NEC1 device 135.78. In the linked PDF file the customer code bytes are swapped compared to the usual way of writing them.
So in the Yamaha converter, enter e.g 874E 39 For Power Off (Standby).
