Got an XP6 with rti panel., iPad. XP6 is hardwired to the network. Seems to be working fine. Uploading the program over Wifi successfully, so it has to be communicating on the network. Set to DHCP.,

When I go to log into the iPad, everything looks good., It sees the XP6, matching IP numbers., But when I select the ipad license., instead of downloading the program it bounces back to the processor page and after a minute or two gives me and error message.

"Configuration error
The configuration process has terminated prematurely."

Has anyone ever seen this before?., Any suggestions?. Ive already reloaded the latest firmware to the XP6 and reset it and the iPad., Several times.,. Just doesnt want to download.,

Double you tee Eff mate?

I believe you need to check your firmware version on the XP controller. I had the same issue, but a firmware update corrected it.

So with the new day brings an opportunity to call RTI Tech support..,

"Generate new system encryption key"

in the RTI panel tab of the system properties fixed it right up.
