Hi, My installer disappeared and now I have a T3 with programming on it that went dead. Fresh battery, but the remote just lights up with a white screen. Pixels are not good as the screen has been dropped a few times.

But now I cannot get it to start and therefore can't even get the programming off of the remote into the Integration Designer. Can anyone help? Please? IS there a way to get the remote to start up properly, at least temporarily to get the program file off of it? I tried turning it on while pressing home, while pressing select, but nothing is working.

Please anyone, help.

Check out this link, should give you about 50 dealers +/- in your area

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.

Hi I am a dealer in Nassau county New York. My company, Profile Systems has been in business since 1969. I can tell you what you're having is a white screen issue that Rti will generally cover out of warranty.

If you'd like give me a call 631-921-4511 or email [email protected] and we can discuss me trying to extract the program and get remote fixed

T3 no longer repairable. No more parts. Will have to replace and reprogram.
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.
