So... has anyone noticed issues with screen quality? I am trying to determine if I have a bad run or what.
Issues: 1) Washed out... the white seems peaked but gets better with off axis view. 2) Grainy... color saturation is not even... kind of like the OLED T2C but worse. 3) Contrast... not great. blacks not as dark as I am used to on these. Mid levels really weak.
The overall effect makes it hard to read text and severely dulls the normally sharp looking graphics.
We can take this offline if needed.

That's been an issue with those remotes for awhile now.
Not sure if there was a resolution to the issue or not, Last few I have done were similar.

There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far. |

Unfortunate. I had not used one in a while and it was a bit shocking. It really impacts the quality of the solution I am offering to clients. I wish I would have known prior to specifying that model. They are on their way out so good riddance I guess.

T2c programming will or will not convert to this remote?

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions. |

The t2cs I don't think will but try it. I know the t2c will. You might need to first convert to a t2c then a t2x.
You're probably SOL with the t2cs though bc of its screen size and resolution compared to the other remotes
