Hello. A customer has a pro24r that's about six months old. When you drop it on the charging dock it won't charge. The red light doesn't come on. He tried his other pro24r on that dock and it worked fine. If the remote were completely dead would the red light not still come in? Wondering if he needs a new remote or battery?

Thanks, Craig.

Removing the back cover and wiggling the battery a little solved it.
