Hello!
Tell me please, what kind of RS-232 cable i have to use to connect my XP-6 processor with AV-Reciever Denon AVR 3313?
I haven't seen any cables in the "products" area of RTI offsite.
The Denon receiver has this port

And XP-6 processor has RJ45 ports RS-323.
May be I've confused something, but i need to have a control of Denon via RS-232.

Use the RJ45 to RS232(Male) adapter provided by RTI with the processor. You will also need a null modem adapter (female to female) or a gender changer (female to female). I do not know which one of these devices you will need.

Then you will want to use the RTI Denon/Marantz Receiver AVR device driver to drive the receiver.

I think the better question is why are you programming the remote and the dealer is not. Dealer should know what adapters are needed to do the correct installation.

Why not use Denon driver on IP control? BTW, is your dealer anchor a FLEA-BAY market place store?

You need something like this:

[Link: tw.gs]

Confirm the pins before you purchase. Denon is a straight thru connection.
When good enough is not good enough.
