I dont have the latest version of SI and cannot gain access to RTI's website because I am not a dealer and there is none in my area. I need to update my T2Cs firmware. Can anybody please send me the firmware file or tell me where I can get it (or access to the new website)?
Merry Christmas
John

The number 6 not working is not in firmware. I've done literally over 100 of these and never had this issue. Your remote needs repair. Contact RTI and they can setup to have it fixed.

To the original poster no one here will give you their personal login for the dealer site. Where are you located? I'd be happy to locate a dealer in your area for you though

Thank you for your reply. Maybe you can be kind enough to answer a questions for me. I have Int. Designer 8.2. I have a nicely programmed T2c and T2C+ that I want to covert t my T2cs. There is no option to convert the T2C or T2C+ to a T2CS in Designer. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

Kind regards, John Gormally

RTI's ID only does up-convert, down-convert.  I.E. T2-Cs will convert to T2-C+ But not vise-versa.

In your case, only right way is to do is start to program your new T2-Cs+ from scratch.

BTW, you did mention there is no authorize dealer in your area. How do you obtain the remote?

The dealer went out of business a few years after I purchased the remotes.

The better question is how you obtained the software. You can't do the conversion bc of the difference in screen size and one uses pages and other uses frames in ID. Best you can do is make a new remote and start copying and pasting as much as possible which might not be much.

There you go, all have working website. I wouldn't think they would pay for their site if they are out of business
