Does anyone have the IR commands learned from this 4x2 HDMI Matrix Remote? Are the commands already in the RTI master IR file or the Megalist?

I'm pretty sure this is a black box from China and has multiple brands associated with identical hardware. There is not any branding on the unit or a remote for me to use with the IR learner.
