After installing the video server and using the correct Object I can watch the picture only when inside the LAN. When trying to view from outside the LAN (either 3G or wired internet) all I see is a black screen. I guess there is a specific port I need to forward to the Video server but cannot find which.
Please help !!
Thanks

Hi Audioplus You have to use the IP adress of your network instead of the IP adress of your camera. Do you use the I.D driver "vivoteq camera" ?

Their is no specific port to forward to do remote video via the RTIpanel. Their is a general port to forward to get RTIpanel to work remotely. 4110
TRCgroup, he is trying to view this remotely on an RTIpanel. So it's definitely an RTI related issue
