so i have this T3, i got it for my dad but he never used it or the RP1 with it so i went over to retrieve it. it had been a week since i'd used it and the whole time it had just sat in the charger. but when i picked it up, the touch screen didn't work. the device would wake up if i touch the screen, all the actual lower buttons work, but the touch screen isn't responding nor will it allow me to calibrate it.
anyone have any ideas, or a way to possibly do a 'master reset' of any kind?

If you take the back cover off you can slide the power switch off and on or unplug and plugin battery.
However the original t3 remotes did have screen issues (usually the screen would just permanently go white, but this could be related. RTI recognized a manufacturing error that caused this and had been fixing this issue even out of warranty. If you call them they could definitely get it fixed and possibly at no cost to you other than the shipping to them
