Hello,
Was hoping someone has run into this issue and can maybe shed some light on it.
I have an XP-6 with an M2 remote. All IR commands work with the cable box just fine except for 2. The cursor up and the ok/select button. The codes work fine when the remote is run in standalone mode but when the codes are emitted from the XP-6 those two codes do not respond.
I have tried different Motorola code sets with the same result. I also tried learning in the factory remote with the same result.
Any ideas guys?

Have you adjusted the level of IR out put? How about increasing the number of repeats?

I updated the firmware on the XP-6and it seemed to clear up the issue.
