How do i convert Pronto IR code to RTI Hex???

I tried downloading MakeHex program but after I downloaded and extracted it, it never opens.

Here is a sample of the codes I have on the ProntoProEdit NG Software
900A 006D 0000 0001 7D37 21DE
900A 006D 0000 0001 7D37 25DA

How can I convert these to make it work with RTI Integration Designer?
Like I said MakeHex does not open for me.
So is there any other utilities that will make this work?

Use This:

Simply type in the last eight digits of the code, for example:
900A 006D 0000 0001 08F7 02FD
Type in 08F7 02FD
And then click ‘generate’.
The code appears in the box and is also copied to your ‘clipboard’
